As our name suggests, we are a branch of Palyul Ling International which is based in Namdroling Nyingmapa Monastery in Bylakuppe, India. Palyul Ling sponsors centers around the world and has its primary retreat and practice center for lay people in McDonough, near Binghamton, New York.
